CPL Group in 2026: How We're Expanding to Serve Our Clients Better
A note from the CPL Group team on what's new: online consultation bookings, expanded content resources, and our bilingual service enhancements for Sydney's Chinese-Australian community.
Over the past several months we've been building out the infrastructure that will let us serve clients better — faster responses, more self-service resources, and improved support for our bilingual community. Here's what's new.
Interactive calculators (free, online)
We've launched three free calculators on our website:
- Mortgage Repayment Calculator — estimate weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments on principal & interest or interest-only loans
- NSW Stamp Duty Calculator — includes the First Home Buyer Assistance Scheme concessions for 2025–26
- Income Tax Calculator — estimates annual tax payable as an Australian resident, including Medicare levy and the Low Income Tax Offset
These are general estimates, not personal advice — but they're useful for back-of-envelope planning before you speak to one of our advisors.
Enhanced bilingual support
CPL Group has always served both English and Mandarin-speaking clients. We've now extended our bilingual service across the entire website — every page, tool, and calculator is available in Chinese at cplinternationalgroup.com.au/zh.
Our advisory team conducts consultations in both English and Mandarin. For clients who prefer to communicate in Chinese throughout the engagement, that's fully available across all three divisions.
